By using webhost.af or purchasing services, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Services
webhost.af provides Web Hosting in Afghanistan including shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers as described on each product page and in your order.
Accounts and billing
You must keep account details accurate and pay fees on the selected cycle. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for securing credentials, maintaining software you control, and ensuring hosted content complies with law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, webhost.af is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
